We suggest you wear something comfortable. However, you can wear what ever you like. We understand there may be time that we will be seeing you before or after work.
No. Your comfort is of the utmost importance to us. If you are more comfortable with your clothes on, this is perfectly okay. We can still do treatments. If you prefer to be nude, this is equally acceptable. All clients are completely draped during treatment. The only areas exposed are the area's that are being worked on. Breasts and genitals are covered at all times.
NO. Massage should never hurt. The concept of "No pain, no gain" does not apply here. It is very important that you communicate with your therapist throughout your sessions. If a technique is uncomfortable, hurts, or just doesn't feel right you should always let your therapist know during the session. Pressure is subjective and is perceived differently for each individual.
